tonight I decided to do back and bi's. Pretty good workout all in all.

Yoy know I was thinking. We have people from all levels on here. I know not that manuy people follow this thread, but I have a pic. form this Feb. It's my reminder of what I'm coming from. Don't get me wrong. The year before this I was in excellent shape. I changed jobs and could no longer workout. This lasted a year. Also somehow I developed secrum illiac syndrome which is like areally severe sciatic nerve. It got to the point where I could barely walk and was told no working out at all. I lost the job I had and my insurance. I was still in severe pain and in terrible shape. I decided to get back in the gym. I had nothing to lose. Within 2 weeks I could tell a difference and now the pain is all but gone. I cannot run on the treadmill anymore though since that does irritate things. So here is what I looked like earlier this year. Funny thing is I weighed 214 in the pic. and 218 in my avitar.

pre injury(weight is around 195)

yeah the ones from this year are quite embarrassing.
