Cheers guys. Exhausted after training today, but had a pretty solid session.

05/03/12

Squat (5/3/1 Deload)
132.5x5
145x5
155x5

Nothing very difficult, obviously, but my squats aren't really feeling great at the moment. Meh, we'll see how next week goes.

5" Block Deadlift
180x5
210x5
235x4
250x4
250x4
250x4
250x6

Reps 'n' stuff.

10" Block Dumbbell Sumo Squat
34x12
42x12
50x12
50x12

These were pretty cool. Stood on the wooden blocks, held onto the end of the dumbbell and sunk my hips as low as I could go. No crazy weights, but they felt pretty good.

Cambered Bar Pendulum Lunges
60x6 (each way, each leg)
80x5
100x4

Blurgh.

Oh, and I found this video of the best bench session I ever had: 150kgx6, 160kgx3, 175kgx1.

Makes me sad.

Thank you guys. Al that's one block on the deads, two on the DB squats.

06/03/13

Bench Press
122.5x3 (3)
130x3 (3)
137.5x6 (3+)

Rubbish, I wanted 7.

Football Bar Bench Press
100+black mini bands x1x5 sets - 30 seconds rest between sets
100+black mini bands x1x5 sets - 30 seconds rest between sets

Did these in two blocks to save my palms (that bar is painful sat in my hands with my wrist straps on tight) and to give my spotter a break. Trying to mimic hitting a 300lb lineman every 30 seconds.

Shrug
180x20x5 sets

Gymnastics Rings Row
BWx10x4 sets

DB Lateral Raise
12.5x15
12.5x15
12.5x14
12.5x12

Explosive Band Press
Blue band x15x4 sets

DB Curl
22x8
22x8

Done.

137.5x3
125x5 - last rep paused

Funsies.
