Bench Press
115x5 (5)

130x8, premature spotted rep, then 1 (so 9) (5+)

Spotter took the bar way too early on the 9th rep so I told him to let go and I smashed another. Hitting 9 reps and equaling what I hit on 127.5kg. And with ease. I've been trying to think about pressing the weight up before it hits my chest, activating the stretch reflex early so while you still touch your chest it's only a light tap before the weight goes up. Thanks Mark Bell. That and, what I assume was caused by all the speed work I've been doing, the speed at which I was pressing was awesome - the first few reps looked like speed reps! Nice to know I can keep up the speed over 100kg.
