Thank you for the support guys, even you Faz, I really appreciate it. I wouldn't go as far as beast Ravi, but I'll try my best!

Had a really nice weekend away, ate a lot and felt good going into training today. Still going to train four times this week, just moving Monday's upper session to Friday instead.

Just wanted a solid triple on this, going to do deadlift variations every week after squats and hit a top set of 1-5 reps then every fourth week, on the squat deload I'm going to do a full pull to a heavy single. Thursday's lower body session will consist of DE squat and deadlift work as well as other bits and pieces.

Those lunges sucked mate, I was broken afterwards! Good upper body session today, didn't do anything spectacular, but managed 5 reps on my bench 1+ day. Slow and steady.

That's a heck of a leg day! Lunges are cruel and unusual punishment.

Nice work.

Great idea about cycling heavy deadlifts on your deload squat week. I'm going to use that idea for sure.
