Yeah, the purpose was you didn't work your traps for shit. You walked down so you could be at sea level to hit:

Reverse grip, hip supported backward Shrugs:
10x 225
8x 315
8x 3x 405

Those numbers are all mountain top lifts. Unless you actually do them in a meet they don't mean anything.

As a young lad, I was thrown into a pit of short-nosed bears. In doing so it taught me to strain and to push as hard as I could. One of them got lucky and actually got its jaws around my head, but I strained so hard that from having so much salt sticks to eat before the test the back of my neck bloated up and broke the bears jaw. Just think what you can do during the squat, bench or deadlift if you bloat right and strain hard enough.

Oh yeah, a good bloat and how can you lose? Nothing like a good bloat. I'm bloating now. I hope I can train my bloats to show up on meet day.
