275 X10 is still 275X10 -- especially at 185. Take it easy getting back into it, listen to your body Great work SO!

Hey Seconds, training with that ghetto sled should make shopping at the supermarket really easy.

Default Tuesday, 4/16

Squat
10 x bar
8 x 135
4 x 225
2 x 275

5 x 5 x 225

Bench
15 x bar
8 x 115
4 x 165
2 x 205

5 x 5 x 185

Lower Sled Pull (Forward with wide, outward steps)
2 x ~40 yds x heaviest rock

Upper Sled Pull (Fly and reverse fly)
2 x ~40 yds x a bunch of smaller rocks

Bad news: someone removed Ghetto Prowler It was filled to the top with rocks, too, and the rocks are gone. Why in the world would someone want to steal my rock collection? Oh wait, it wasn't my cart or rock collection to begin with
Squat strength is down, although I could've gone heavier on the 5x5. I feel detrained. The movement itself feels awkward. Bench is different: I feel like I have my strength, although the movement feels awkward. I had been working on changes to my form at the Westside gym, but now that I'm not there, I don't know how I feel about the changes. Also, I suspect that not doing full squats regularly -- which is the norm at that gym -- hurt my groove.
I don't really care about dips in strength any more. I used to get so discouraged. But at the end of the day, it doesn't change anything. You just keep moving forward.

Hey Seconds, nice workout. I'm sure your groove will come back quickly, and your strength will continue to improve. That's to bad about your prowler. I guess if you find a new one you'll have to push it back and forth from home. I know how you feel as my poles and old bike rack have also disappeared. Oh well. Keep pushing, and pulling. Ugo
