A good day to lift. There wasn't a lot going on today, so I was a bit sluggish from sitting around doing very little. Took my PWO and smashed some weights. I miss making PR attempts, but I think I was due some rep work as it was a little harder than expected. I'll have to start keeping track of my 3 and 5 rep PRs to give me goals to shoot for.

Been exhausted the last few days from work, so I've been struggling to stay up long enough to post updates. Hopefully that's changing. Got a serious stiffness with some pain in my neck. This is the third time in recent memory that I've had neck issues. I can't really turn my head, or look up and down at normal speed. Having to ease my head in the direction I want to look. I might see about getting a massage, hopefully that will help. Been taking Aleve thinking it was just inflammation. It's not really affecting my lifting too much though. I got more work done today than normal, and I did it faster than normal as well. It was pretty good, I felt pumped when I was done.

Not as productive of a day as I would have liked. I was feeling pretty low on energy. This is my second AM workout, and I like the feeling of having worked out first thing in the morning, but I'm just having difficulty self-motivating that early in the day. I'm going to continue trying different times of day, but I think my best time is between lunch and dinner.
