Getting a lot of work in Kuyt, squatting for reps is always a killer.

How about doing 4 sets of 9 reps for a total of 36? Maybe work your way up from less than 12 reps.

I think I would also find doing 12 reps to be a grind. At any rate, hope they at least get a sliver better over the next few weeks.

Row (20kg) - 3 x 12 - Used a machine row variation as there was no room to row.
OHP 35kg - 12, 8, 8 - Space opened up for this. First set ok, nothing left in sets 2 and 3.
Chins B/w - 8, 7, 7 - These have regressed.
Strong working Kuyt ... this is one brutal program no doubt ... First of all decide one thing ... whether you want to complete 12 reps on all sets or progressing the wts. in each session. It will be difficult to maintain same no. of reps when you are adding the plates. There may be a drop of one or two reps when you are progressing in wts., try to get them in next session ... just my opinion ... I think it's time to consult coach Fazc ....

Thanks guys!

At some point during the session, I did something to my back again. My technique is starting to come apart at the end of each set through pure fatigue. Today's squat session was one of the hardest I can remember. Had nothing left after set 2 but managed to eek out 12 reps on set 3 in a set that seemed to take forever.

Bench 65kg - 3 x 12 - Rack was taken, ok sets.
Squats 72.5kg - 3 x 12 - Had nothing left after this. Legs and back very sore and tired.
OHP - 35kg - 12, 10, 10 - Improvement over last day but same old story.
SLDL - 85kg - 3 x 12 - Just about made these. Didn't help that 2 utter douchebags decided to do their french presses in front of me instead of the entire empty workout area.
Chins - 9, 7, 5
Row - 22.5kg - Did machine row again because my back was sore when I rowed with the empty bar.

I'm just wondering if there is something lacking in your diet. Even something as simple as a vitamin D deficiency can be a problem with energy. maybe a medical condition of some sort? I don't know Kuyt, I am just a bit concerned now about your health.

I certainly hope I am wrong. Nobody can question your heart and effort tho buddy.
