Thanks crew. Coach Faz said to do today's session -10kg from Sunday while Thursday's session will be -5kg from Sunday before going back to the new working weight.

Squat 52.5kg - 3 x 12
SLDL 55kg - 3 x 12
Bench 45kg - 3 x 12
Row 30kg - 3 x 12
OHP 25kg - 3 x 12
Chins B/W - 7, 7, 5

SLDL 60kg - 3 x 12
Bench 50kg - 3 x 12
Rows 35kg - 3 x 12
OHP 30kg - 3 x 12
Chins B/W - 10, 8, 6

Sets of 12 really wind you! The fact that my sinuses are constantly blocked does not help! Anyways, onwards and upwards. +5 kg to all lifts except OHP where I will add 2.5kg for Sunday.

good work kuyt, those 12 reps sets are a real killer physically and mentally, are feeling in better condition on the higher reps ?

Nice work! Hope that nose clears up. 36 reps of squats with a stuffy nose doesn't sound like fun at all!

No use mate, this sinus problem is permanent.

I'm certainly slimmer lol! I recover reasonably well between sets, better than before. Not feeling very fit towards the end of each set though!

Cheers! My sinuses are permanently screwed, had surgery and everything to no avail. When I exercise, my nose is blocked and it can be difficult. People do more than me with worse problems though, so we just push on
