The form on all lifts is pretty much spot on, even when it gets heavy/fatiguing in the latter reps, I concentrate and dig out good reps even if they are tough.

Squatting in particular is murder towards the end
SLDL is piss easy right now.
Bench is ok expect for the last 3-4 reps when the tris get fatigued.
OHP is fine until the end of set 2 in most cases.
Rows are getting better.

At some point, which I'm not convinced is just now, we'll switch in a lighter day mid-week to stop you from killing yourself.

It does sound like today wasn't as bad, at least on your sikey anyway. Keep working hard. If it's any consolation, it never feels easy for me either.

Today's squat session was much tougher than Thursday and far tougher than Tuesday when I quit. Didn't quit this time. Rest of session was ok.

As an aside, there was a guy video recording two bros, a proper camera with a tripod and all that jazz so clearly it was a training video.
That's pretty cool and everything but it was sadly the ultimate 'bro' workout with Smith machine bench pressing and 40 minutes of arms.
I recognise one of the guys because he does Pat Robertson leg presses. Anyway, enough of that...

Sunday - Paddy's Day torture

Squat 70kg - 3 x 12
SLDL - 80kg - 3 x 12
Bench 62.5kg - 3 x 12
Rows 50kg - 3 x 10 - Ran out of puff, better next time I hope.
OHP 35kg - 12, 9, 9 - Out of steam as usual here.
Chins - 7, 7, 6 - Lower reps than before but controlled dead hangs so quality over quantity etc.

Cheers Al! Most days are a grind, I'm not gonna lie and I feel unmotivated a lot of the time. Actually felt like not going in and when I went in, felt like racking the squat bar early but since I did that recently, I simply couldn't allow it to happen again and for that reason alone I am happy with today.

I know myself that if I get through another few weeks, the enthusiasm will return, it always does.
Besides, I don't want to become Kuytquitter and yes, that was on my mind today!
