Thanks guys!

Today. Sucked. Balls.
Sessions are getting weak and crappy and I'm just not very motivated at the minute. Today, I managed one set of squats but during set 2, I just stopped, racked the bar and moved on to the next exercise. They just felt bad today and I decided not to continue with them. Rest of the session was very meh and everything felt heavy.

Squats 70kg: 12, 9 67.5kg felt fine but today, the EMPTY BAR felt heavy.
SLDL: 75kg: 3 x 12 - Actually very easy, mainly because of less squatting.
Bench 60kg - 3 x 12 - Meh
Rows 47.5kg - 3 x 12
OHP 35kg - 12, 10, 8 - Same old story, set 1 is fine and then it all goes south.
Chins -8, 7, 4 - Final set was desperate.

More beef and chicken is required!

Keep the squat and press the same and carry on for one more session. Everything else can move up.

A single exercise can't decide that the session was weak ... You are doing good Kuyt ... As Coach suggest keep the Squat same and move up in other ones ... have patience ... And yes EAT MOAR ...

Looks pretty good for a crappy day, if that helps at all. Still did lots of lifting, made some progress, and most of all, didn't just give up (like so many do).

We were twins yesterday -- I had the same day (less volume). Let's get steak!

Why? Was the form off or just generally feeling hard?
