@rip i checked into it and according to what i found only supplementkings.com can sell it, but it appears they are setting up a new site atm so your out of luck till it goes up

Default To hell with sick leave

Even though i feel like crap, my muscles have basically been begging for a workout, so I caved in.

Benchpress- 70x3, 120x1, 140x1, 150x1, 155x1 (pr), 160x1 (fail)
Pushups- 1x20
BB row- 70x5, 120x3

2/3 Southwood complex

Power clean
Shoulder press
Front squat

set 1- 70x8
set 2- 90x6


Notes***
all in all a good workout, pr on the bench, and the southwoods kicked my ass as is custom of the complexes

what did you change? (im currenlty working on my arch a lot)

I brought my elbows in closer to the body instead of the 90 degree thing and just practiced form more, like keeping my shoulders tucked more, and working on a better arch, and as far as how to get it off when i fail, i use 2 methods

1. I leave the collars off, so if i fail i can let the weights slide off (not my favorite method)
2. or i will roll it down to my lap and then stand up with it (still not perfect)
