Update
My knees are feeling much better, not quite 100% but nothing like before. Heads been horrible lately, think maybe the heat and extra sun? Maybe just stressing myself about the meet too .
I did some deads the other day but nothing worth logging really, just went and pulled 315 for a couple singles, then some doubles at 225. Didn't warm up either, not real smart but I never train right, wait....I just never train!
I haven't been sleeping hardly at all, even more than my normal not sleeping. Also been selfish about not visiting your logs, so I apologize for that. Just points out my non training and been avoiding the shoutbox for personal reasons, so basically just not coming here much. Also got some family shit that's escalated over the last month, so that's not helping much. Not my wife and I, we are good, other family crud. Hoping that once I'm past the meet I can resume regular training after I recover and resume going to logs and be a better member and more active here. I might do some light squats tomorrow, nothing heavy, but we'll see if I get any rest. Beyond that I'm doing nothing. Just waiting for the meet. Really looking forward to watching other MABers smash the iron! Extra excited to watch Steve go for 1900, expecting nothing short of awesomeness from him!
I hope everyone is doing well with their training and stay healthy and strong!!!

Glad you're (sort of) alright, mate. I mean, holding up okay, even though things haven't been ideal, suffice to say.

I would say "make sure you remember to do warmups" or something, but hey, feel free to hit me, lol.

When life is coming at me in all directions, I try to find one thing I can control that is positive and focus a lot on that. Wife, boy, baseball, whatever it is for you. I just shut out the negative by thinking more about something that makes me happy. The negative stuff fades eventually when it finds out it is being ignored (hopefully).

Rock on. Stay strong. And log your workouts anyway. If all you got any given day is 135x 5, then that's a great workout. Can't be PRs and cake everyday.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me.
