6-22-13 Update
Saw my endo yesterday and he's not letting me go back up in dose. I'm glad he didn't lower it but I was hoping to return to 200mg every 10 days. But 150 every 10 days it will stay for at least the next few months. Have to go give blood again, but whatever. He had a patient that was 57, I'm 38, that supposedly had high red blood cells like me. Except his were higher and evidentially the guy had a stroke, so now I guess my endo is EXTRA careful or something! While long term health is most important to me, I'm not sure how comparing me to someone almost 20 years older is right. Not to mention that I highly doubt that that guy exercised, lifted, and ate a balanced and healthy(well mostly ) diet. But whatever. When I was on 200mg my test level was 760ish, mine from last week on 150mg I was at 540. So no where near where I'd like it. Explains why I have less energy and other crud. But I'll have to make the best of my situation.
Also going to see my regular doc next week about my knees. They seem to get better then get sore and hurt at times. So either I'm not healing, or there's something wrong. Hope to figure out what it is cause I'm running out of time before the meet. Also after the meet I want to train my freaking tiny legs, and skipping them all the time SUCKS!!!
But I've been walking more often to loosen them up and I'm sure it helps in overall health. Giving blood Monday and hopefully see my doc early in the week about my knees.

Any chance of getting a 2nd opinion or new Endo?

Good decision to get the knees looked at. I hope it's just a matter of ruling out a medical reason. Hopefully even just some physio may be recommended to sort it out.
