315x 8 PR ...more improvement and between leg press and these my calves were ready to pop.

Done! Good day for a bad head day and maybe 3 hours of sleep at best. Think I made good strides in Squats, have to wait for JB's opinion though

5 sets @ 145x 3 ...vid on final set. First set I thought I hit record but guess I didn't. Decent work, got tough on the last set, but probably cause I did a heavier set between the first and last set.

175x 1 ...between first and second working sets. -5lbs my 1RM. And again I thought I hit record and didn't, after this I made sure the stupid thing was taping!!! Thought if I hit this easy or ok, I'd try and beat my max, but it was really tough so dropped back down and did work!

Pull Ups
Bodyweight x 30 PR ...Hell Yea!!!!!!
Weight Vest x 8 PR ...skipped a third set cause I was beat!

Tricep Bench Dips
Weight Vest 50lbs + 35lb plate x 13 PR ...vid
