225x 5 PR ...vids on first and final set. I vid from directly in front to hopefully help with critique. Think I did better today. Tried to do all the things JB told me to...stay upright more, don't look down while setting up, limit steps back and time fooling around, spread knees.
Unlike last week where everything felt easy and natural, today felt like a completely different lift. Felt like I was ripping my groin apart, lol. My glutes got beat up again, I like that! As a whole, believe I improved!

405x 10 PR ...good progress, mainly on the first set. My quads and calves were freaking burning! Don't remember having my calves ever feel so much on the leg press, but my quads were getting blown up so that was the main goal!

Standing Barbell Calf Raises

315x 8 PR ...more improvement and between leg press and these my calves were ready to pop.

Done! Good day for a bad head day and maybe 3 hours of sleep at best. Think I made good strides in Squats, have to wait for JB's opinion though

Looks like you heeded the advice and I thought they looked good buddy. Not sure about the depth, but if it was a touch high that will come in time as you get used to it. I hope these wide squats work out for you. Maybe JB will hvae you in gear soon!

Looked much better. That pulling in the groin is from getting those knees out! Best squats you have done in my opinion. You will be knocking out 275 for a few reps in no time, then on to 315!

I agree with JB: much improved. Only thing I notice is that you're unracking with that wide stance. It will be easier to unrack with your normal stance, step back and then set wider. At the moment you're waddling and it doesn't look too comfy.

Thanks Al! I did that last time and JB said I was fooling around to much getting into position. Just stuff I need to work on, but your way might be better!
