315x 0 ...didn't budge off the ground . Everything was too heavy today, including the 135 that normally feels empty. Took a 3 minute break.
315x 1 ..thank God I moved it, but it was like a world record lift today! Thought maybe I just need more warmimg up today so dropped back down to 135.
135x 1 ...Fk it! was like I never did a Deadlift before! My lower body was not functioning at all! Heads crap, I'm tired and energy in the garbage, but thought I could overcome like I normally do, but figured I'd just get hurt so I called it quits for deads! Not a good day!

I just accept what my DL is for the day, if my body can handle the weight I keep adding it, if it can't then I know where to stop.

I switch my DL to friday from tuesday. I do heavy squats on monday so I figured I'd give it a few days before I do heavy lower body again. This is week 2 of that switch, week 1 felt good so we'll see.

Thats still a hell of a DL tho, if you think about it.

Maybe try squats as a warm up for deads? Al taught me that a long time and has worked well for me. I am sure that wasn't the issue today tho. Deads are just finicky sometimes.

Glad you were able to salvage at least some productivity from the session tho! It all counts!
