Meet Training... Week 1, Day 1, rest week

95x 5 ...vid on all. Nothing special, just went light and limited rest to a minimum. Something I never do, but that was my way of making a rest day somewhat challenging. Not cut out to train like that though !

Bodyweight x 20

Done! That's it, maybe 10 minutes or so total. Nothing interesting!
