Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

Add Wraps first time using my wraps
235x 3 PR ...vid, first time trying wraps! Not sure I did it right as I still had my knee sleaves on under and was unsure on how tight to put them or how to wrap properly. But the darn things have been sitting on my shelf for months untouched . Think I did pretty good!?!

295x 2 PR ...vid, wraps again. This was a big PR for me for my 3rd session learning wider squats and to do this was really great, I thought!!! Was going for 1 but it felt pretty easy so I did another. This was 90+% of my "maybe" 1RM of 325 on narrow stance Squats done awhile back. I will have to wait for JB and others opinions and critique before I dance around! Wanted to go heavier so possibly the critique would be easier or to give more information, without going super heavy or doing something stupid.

Done, legs were tired and head was super crap before I even started but since I suck at Squats, I just couldn't skip them for a week and felt bad for not doing them Friday. So no Leg Press or Calf work although I think I worked my legs plenty. Think I made some decent strides and sorry some of the vids arent level, was having a tough time with camera work today. Overall very pleased with my work today! Everyone can see and knows that my legs are tiny and weak, but thought I did really well!!!

I thought that depth was just a tad high in the last vid, but was good on the first 2, and overall they looked pretty good Jay! I really hope that you keep progressing well on them! I am sure Steve or JB have a link on how to wrap properly.

I also liked the bracelet on the Babe haha

Thanks Super Jim! Yea depth wasn't great on every rep today, but overall think I did better than last week. JB has a busy weekend but said he'll critique me tomorrow . What bracelet???

I dont have much to say other than congrats. Solid good looking squats IMO.

Need to over lap each wrap a little more to keep the knee from being exposed when your at the bottom.

Thanks JB! yea I watched like 8 different vids on how to wrap, and I read a bunch of articles on them. Think I'm a little more informed now vs just winging it. Lots or room to improve everything though!
