Lack of sleep doesn't help but you need just the one variable to be able to ascertain it one way or the other, which is problematical enough in itself.

Squat 315x 1 (+140ish)(possibly that 325 that was close, so maybe +10 more)squats are by far my worst lift as I have weak legs, something I really want to change!
Pull Ups Bodyweight x 28 (+27)

So in a years time I lost 70+ lbs, and added conservatively 550lbs to my lifts and a ton of Pull Ups. Decent years work, but I've got lots more to do

Possibly normal lack of sleep, but think my lower test dose might have something to do with it maybe? Or I just am off! So I justified skipping normal Pull Up work by trying something different

I was at 200mg every 10days. But I got checked a week and a half ago and had high RBCs so they cut my dose to 150mg every 10days. My level was 780ish last time I was checked, and I felt good and normal. Originally before the test I was at 202. I'm guessing ill be in the 500s now and if I feel like crap after 3 doses I can go get checked again and possibly go back up again. My pregnazone shot for my fingertips might have increased my RBCs.
