265x 1, failed on 2 ...not posting vid, first rep went well, decided to go for 2 reps...maybe foolishly and failed halfway up. Not bummed though, just wanted to lift something heavier since the last few Bench sessions anything over 200 felt super heavy. 265 was my old PR so older tie, 280 being the new one.

Ram Bench Press
300x 1 PR ...vid, not a very pretty rep. BtB advised me to put on a sweatshirt cause the Ram's a little loose, my arms aren't big enough yet. I did not want to put that thing on as I was hot enough!!! But it helped! Wasn't super hard but halfway up my left arm just stopped, have no idea what that was about. Really wanted to feel 300 even if I failed! But I finshed the rep so I did good!

Done, good day considering I never do 3 big lifts together and went pretty heavy vs doing a million sets, I just can't do that! It took me an hour and a half as it was, and after 20-30min my heads crap, so pushing on even longer was tough. Not breathing well added to the fun today !

I think my test levels just shot up, nice xx log.
That w/o looks brutal.
See you have the same problem on bench with the left elbow faring too soon. JB thought it might stem from uneven leg drive. I can hold it in fine till about 87% then it get tougher higher I go. Could be that delt is weaker too in which case DB work would help.

Thanks OMP! I always have elbow flare when the weights go up, something I continue to work on. The left arm stopping this time was a fluke, cause I've never had that happen before. But I've also never had 300lbs on my chest either , that's why the Ram is a handy tool!!!

Good work Jay, 3 big lifts In one session are always tough, if you enjoyed it have a look into korte's 3x3, might be worth a run sometime, I did it earlier this year while cutting and really enjoyed the simple set up of it,
