Thanks Ravi! Well since I have a long time of taking test, possibly forever, I guess I should expect that things can or will change. Just have to be mr test subject! Thanks for the compliment, but what I've added is very minimal. So either everyone is just being extra nice, or the tiny change is more noticeable to others?

Thanks Rich! Yea, not saying they didn't, but I surely don't remember it. I'm also a little pissed that the other doc said that my pregnazone shot would NOT affect my test shots, which seems he was incorrect! Just have to play it out a deal with what happens, such is life

Hope you can find that zone or middle ground with the medicine dosage and how you feel. I hear ya of course wrt misinformation and trial and error. Interesting thing about your fingertips tho - man, all the little things can sometimes be the most pronounced in the sense of annoyance.

Good on you tho Jay for fighting your way around it. I am sure you will SHFW after a long natural organic cardio session!

So she said I first had to give blood, no biggie. But then also I have to lower my dose, which sucks! Maybe I'll feel ok, but last time I was on 200mg every 14days(400mg a month), I felt normal 7-8 days and felt like crap the rest. Since they moved me to 200mg every 10days(600mg a month), I've felt good most days. Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions but believe that going down to 450mg a month will only lead to me be tired, no energy, moody, ect...like I was before.
I also talked to his nurse again today, after giving blood, and asked if my Pregnazone could raise my RBC count, and she said it could. I get a shot of that every 4 months or so to help with my finger tips. They get real dry crack, bleed ect, basically the tips of my fingers don't heal and I have to use a ton of band aids.
So needless to say I have to try the lower dose for awhile. She said that if I feel like crap after a few doses, come back and I'll get tested again and go from there. Both my arms are sore from having blood taken so I'm not lifting today. My back I think is 95% now so I'm lifting tomorrow!
My anniversary was great even with this bs going on, cardio almost killed me

Had to put everything back from when I last vac'd the water down here, uggh.
Tried to do a little of everything, but had to reduce everything knowing I'd have no chance to do all 3 real workouts. Decided to go as hard as I could, within reason.
Squats
135x 25 PR ...didn't vid, was just going to use 135 to warm up, but decided to do as many as I could after the first few reps, good idea....mabey? I was sweating buckets after this, and I had a very hard time breathing pretty much the whole workout, possibly blood issue, or in my head???

265x 1, failed on 2 ...not posting vid, first rep went well, decided to go for 2 reps...maybe foolishly and failed halfway up. Not bummed though, just wanted to lift something heavier since the last few Bench sessions anything over 200 felt super heavy. 265 was my old PR so older tie, 280 being the new one.

Ram Bench Press
300x 1 PR ...vid, not a very pretty rep. BtB advised me to put on a sweatshirt cause the Ram's a little loose, my arms aren't big enough yet. I did not want to put that thing on as I was hot enough!!! But it helped! Wasn't super hard but halfway up my left arm just stopped, have no idea what that was about. Really wanted to feel 300 even if I failed! But I finshed the rep so I did good!

Done, good day considering I never do 3 big lifts together and went pretty heavy vs doing a million sets, I just can't do that! It took me an hour and a half as it was, and after 20-30min my heads crap, so pushing on even longer was tough. Not breathing well added to the fun today !
