Smart move giving it a break, I had something with very similar symptoms quite a while back now, it went away after a bit. Hope the same happens for you. My pain was right on the big vertebrae where your neck becomes your back basically.

Thanks Mike! 199, I'm up a lb to lb and a half. But just recently started eating better again. My time off I was undereating mainly due to my head pain.
