Thanks JB! Lol, if that had been the only work I did and that happened, I never would have posted it ! I was shot, and although it could ave happened at anytime, I was ok with it cause it was the last set!

Ate way too much yesterday...cheat day I guess

Sigh....bad head, not enough good rest, and lack of decent motivation = Fugly workout!!! Everything felt heavy as hell. After my warmup sets for Military, I honestly didn't think I could even get 2 reps. Managed to get all the reps again, only God knows how. All ugly and were a big fight! I had NOTHING left after Military . Used versa grips right away for Pull Ups and did ok considering everything. I felt like I weighed 270+ again! Did some Dumbell Curls with Fat Gripz and those were done really well, whoopydoo. Then figured since my Pull Ups stunk up the gym, I'd do some Lat Pulls and cable rows to finish my day. Got work done, that was an accomplishment above all today.

That is freakin awesome! Once again, you were at about a 155-160 max triple when you started. Its safe to say you can exceed that now. Keep it up!
