Felt and still feel like shit! Although I'm super pumped about my EPIC day today!!!!! Head bad, duh! Felt tired and was yawning through the workout? Had a sick feeling in my gut because of my head. I honestly didn't plan on going for any PR's, just wanted to try and lift again.
But I SMASHED IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Squat was super ugly form, but believe I got depth and it would count, so a PR! Getting a little stronger on squats, hurray! Figured since I felt so used up going for a PR on bench wouldn't happen, yea right!
Bench felt heavy at 225x 1, then I crushed 280x 1 PR, Hell Fn yea!!!!

Sheesh Jay - maybe you should start taking 2-3 weeks off regularly!. Good to see that passionate fire still burning buddy! That bench really took me by surprise and I loved the roar after-wards. Many congratz on a fine lift.

TBH, and IMO, I thought the squat was a bit short for depth, but definitely your well on your way. Keep working as hard as you can and it will all come together.
