Well it's been almost 3 weeks since I lifted anything !!!
Finally totally finished the bathroom, and caught up on about half of what I needed to. Both my folks went into the hosp. this last week, both are ok now(but it depends on your idea of "ok" ). Also my boy who will be 2 in June, has become a pain in my butt! He used to play with his toys and most of the time leave me alone, lol...those days are over .
Needless to say these last 3 weeks have Fn sucked!!! Head has been aweful, concentrating on anything is tough, can't think right. Staring at the Ipad or computer for too long sucks too(mainly why I've been a bad memeber!). But yea, we all deal with bs and have stuff going on. So I finally got my ass lifting something. Just wanted to do some Military and Deadlifts and just get back into the swing of things. Dropped Military down 20lbs from my last day, and it wasn't easy. Then did some deads and at first thought I'd try for a PR since I was fresh. After doing 325x 1, my head was almost making me cry so I thought only 1 more set. Did 355x 1 and then said screw it, I'm going for 1 more pull..........425x 1 PR!!!

Yep, really good to see you lifting again Jay, despite not feeling any relief really. Too bad, but life and lifting must go on. My motto is it is what it is.

With that said, congratz on the PR. I hope that made you feel at least a bit better. Really liked that thud and camera shake.

Thanks Super Jim! Hoping to do bench and squats tommorrow. Then next week do the big lifts on their own days and possibly some assistance work. Then the following week back to normal, if I have such a thing
