I'm still alive...mostly . Heads been very bad, and since I've been really busy everyday it hasn't calmed down yet.
Bathroom is finally done, I think. Now I just need to catch up on all the other crap I've let pile up and then maybe some relief.
Really hoping to get back to my semi normal life next week and resume liftin again. My diets been shit, but I'm still at the same weight amazingly.
Thanks for everyone's support, hoping to catch up on logs very soon if my head allows. The longer I put it off though, the more reading I'll have to do .
