Redo last weeks weight, try to do better. Think I improved leg drive, beyond that I sucked ass!!!
255x 3 PR tie ...vid, did pretty good on this set, improvement on last week
255x 3 PR tie...third rep was tougher, but nothing too horrible
255x 2 PR tie ...failed halfway up, just like last week
255x 2 PR tie ...was pissed about the last set and was determined to do 3 reps. Mike told me if I got 3 reps on 3 sets do a fourth set, but I went for a fouth set anyhow. I did one good one and the second one was a huge struggle so didn't even try for the third!!!

225x 5 ...these were all default PRs do to reps, but who F'n cares! My chest was and is toast!

210x 10 PR ...vid, more weight and used deadlift bar, so it was a little different.

120x 10 PR ...vid, haven't done these since 11-22-12, and that was 110x 6, so big improvement!

I agree, you're making great progress. Might seem slow, but it's not. I always foget about these private logs, so I haven't been here in a while. Hasn't even been that long, but you weren't tripling 255 at all. Now you're hitting it twice and are very close to multiple triples with it. With much tighter form too. That's excellent progress. Mike's right, you're noticeably bigger too.

Thanks Mike! I guess I just expected more this week and wanted improvement. Overall I couldn't be happier with Mikes bench and military routine! Hitting triples close to my previous max for both, shows good improvement. Probably need to write my log after I've settled down and when my heads not total crap .

Just wanted to appoligize for not being around and keeping up with everyones logs. The past 5 or so days have been very stressful and my head has paid the price. My headache is very bad, even to the point that reading is extremely tough and I can't concentrate at all. I will do my best to get back on here as soon as possible and catch up on everyone's logs. Hope everyone is well and staying strong!!!
