Well I did good and bad! Wish I could blame the bad on feeling a little sick still or my head being really bad! But think I'm just getting to weights that are too much! Felt a little like barfing durning warm ups, but it seemed to go away. Was proud to hit a triple on my first 2 sets with 10lbs less than my 1RM, but after that I was toast. The third rep in the first 2 sets were real grinders. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th sets everything was a grinder, lol! By my last set I knew I'd be lucky to get even 2 reps but pulled it off! I took long ass rests between sets too, so I can't try to blame going too fast. Then I was going to do some Ram work and try for some reps with 275, but on the first rep my left palm started to hurt a ton! I did fracture a bunch of bones in my left palm like 16ish years ago, but haven't had any issues. I tried 275 one more time, and as I unracked it my hand hurt so I just re-racked it. Then I finished with some BB Rows. Ok day.

Well, your obviously getting stronger jay, and that overrides any bad in the session. I hear ya on the heavy tho. I have had to find a way to not think about how heavy it feels after unracking and focus only on tightness and form cues. It's tough, but doable.

I also wish you could do board work, which has helped me immensely to overload and get used to heavier weights than I would normally be able to handle full rom.

At any rate, some excellent training and I hope you have a good weekend buddy.

Your at least benching 275 now from the looks of the vid. Your fatigue pattern was a little irregular in this one which suggests a bad day. I want you to repeat the 255 next week and shoot for at least 3x3. If you get the 3x3 try one more set. PM me when your done and we will take it from there.

Thanks Super Jim! I really wasn't thinking about it being heavy. I'm too busy thinkin of form and putting my head crud in the back of my brain. I'm not smart enough to think of too many things at once
