Quality work. Those shrugs are going to pay off big.

Deadlift form is looking tight. Make sure to keep those arms locked. I saw one arm move a bit on that last rep. That's only a minor dealie.

Thanks Steve! Rewatched the pull and saw what you were saying. No idea wat that was, I'll have to try and be more conscious of that, ty!

Yes sir ! Tuesday night I went to bed at 1:30-2am. Woke up at 4am and my gut was bothering me and I couldn't get comfortable to fall back asleep. I've taken it before, but maybe my bodies tollerence to it has decreased, or the fatter out of shape me handled it better? I tried taking it still on Wednesday and felt cruddy all day. Then I took the morning dose thursday and still felt cruddy, so I skipped the night time dose. I'm not taking it today and haven't decided if I'm going to try it again or not? Leaning twards not taking it cause even though I need to quit chewing, it's not worth feelin crappy or feeling like I'm I'm going to die like Wednesday morning.
With that said, I feel ok today overall. My heads still pretty crappy and dealing with the snow this am didn't help, but I plan on trying to lift today

No, not shaky...a good shaky. Allows explosiveness. Just be careful setting it on the pins, meaning don't drop it.
