A nap and a new bar= PRs! and i learned something 'new' I did not know that was a Texas Deadlift bar. You look very strong pulling sumo Jay, keep it up!

Late workout for me today. Ended up getting a nap when I normally lift, and then decided to try and get something done. Wasn't sure how well it'd go, had to lock the boy in the pak n play. Which he hates . I'm sure you can hear him in the vids, and I gave him some vid time after my last set of regular bench. Only did bench work, and glad I didn't work my back cause after I had to mess with snow! Bench went AWESOME!!! Nailed all my reps again and PR'd all the working sets! Then I tried the Ram again and did much better. I need to get more practice with it, but today was a huge improvement, all PRs!!!

5 sets @ 250 x 3 PR ...vids on first and final sets. Got all reps again but think I've reached the point I'll be lucky to get 3 reps on any sets coming up, but we'll see. Great day and PRs for all sets of work!!!

290x 1 PR ...vid. I felt dumb for not takin a vid on 280 and wasn't sure I'd get 290, but glad I turned the vid on!
The Ram is an awesome device!!! I can't wait til I'm better with my liftoff in it and get used to using it more! Everything up to 280 was very smooth on the way down with slight pause then exploded up! 290 was more touch and go and I had to really fight to lock out but I got it!
