Congratz on yet another PR Jay! Over 4PPS is pretty cool and awesome

I thought the lift was great. I did think you lost some leverage tho. I think once you find that sweet spot, your good for lots more. The pull looked even more impressive with that bar and the platform. I also swear by good bars. The bars the crew uses are top notch and the best money can buy. I go out of my way to deadlift there because of it. Having the bar loader doesn't hurt either.

Damn nice jay, how much extra was that over previous best?

I plan to order a trap bar and Some bowflex dumbbells to 90 lbs each with ince tax. Eventually I will replace my cheap caps bar

Thanks Super Jim! Always traing to do better on form. I'm really happy at how well I did for a max though. Feel I'm improving

Thanks Chad! +10lbs, thought about trying more, but thought I could hit 415 and not fail. Didn't want a fail on the first day with the new bar
