Focus on the lifts you can for now.
You need to understand what led to the knee pain so you can make the appropriate change(s). This is what separates the herd, Adversity. Who wants it more, who's willing to push thru any challenge that arises.

Rest that knee Jay. a little lower 3 lift total is better than watching from the sidelines!!

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

Meet training... Week whatever, Day 1
Deadlift
135x 3 ...knees were still off

225x 1 ...knees started to hurt
Stopped, done, FARK! Not real happy about this, but not a lot I can do. I could waste money to go have a doc tell me there's nothing wrong, or stop lifting or some other bs, but I guess they just need more time.
Been going for walks more regularly, and still icing them if they start to bug me more, but overall they're getting better. Still getting in good cardio though, so all is well !
Wasn't even going to bother writing this up since I'm bummed about it, but there you go. Hope everyone is doing great!
