Whats up with the Knee(s)?
I've had/have lots of problems with pain in my knee's it can be a number of things. You need to identify what the cause is so you can number one stop the damage then build a plan for recovery.

Honestly I'm not much better. Knees are slowly getting better, sort of. Beating myself up mentally lately cause of the meet probably. If I was just training like normal, this time off would be no biggie! And it actually probably isn't, but I worry anyhow.
Also since I've been on the lower test dose, I've been more tired and a lot more moody. That's probably adding to my frustrations! Wether having less test in my system is doing it, or there's something else wrong, I'm not sure. Don't think the doc is either!
But I'm not doing anything leg wise til I think they're good to go! Just squatting down to pick up my kid hurts. Sitting on the couch they get tight. Been going for walks, but it hasn't seem to change much in how they feel. So guess it'll just take time. Same with getting my test issues worked out.
Apologies to all about me not going to your logs or being on here much at all. I've been avoiding MAB simply because it bums me out right now. It's selfish and dumb, but that's the only way to really explain it.
I can say I'm not quitting or any dumb stuff like that, just a temporary set back. Same with my participation here, I'll be back !

I understand Jay. I wish there was something I could do to help. Have you considered postponing your first meet? There will always be another meet. I just hate to see you worry about it, which might be negatively affecting your mood. Perhaps even bench only if benching doesn't bother your knees. I had to miss 2 meets this Spring which wasn't fun, but did not want to risk making things worse.

Is it worth seeing someone about, do you think? I'm not sure, but it could be.
Either way, I hope it clears up soon. If you do miss the meet, well sure, it would suck, but there will be others.
Doing the lifts you can - if any - might help, in terms of how you feel in general. I know that for me, heading to the gym for *any* lifts beats not heading to the gym at all. I couldn't do legs even slightly for a while, then my back let me down soon thereafter, lol, but anyway, it could be something to tide you over.
One thing's for sure: the place hasn't been quite the same, mate. Good to see you back, regardless.
