set up looks good, benching looks good. I would try to push harder with my legs back towards my traps. will give you a little more leg drive. either way strong work and diff on the right track.

As JB said, leg drive is definitely something for you to work on. That part of the form is tough to get the hang of - at least it was for me. LtL has really awesome leg drive.

Thanks JB! I tried tat on my lighter sets, and because of the new height I felt my ass coming off the bench! Got some time to improve, just glad I'm starting now and not meet day!

That new setup does seem like you would get more leg drive once your used to it. And I like the new PRs Keep working hard!
