Done! As you can see I tried out my singlet. My normal 3 hour nap per night is really kicking my ass! Heads garbage and although this is a rest week, I dont really feel like I'm recovering much. 20 minutes today. The babe I posted is smokin and I suck at squats, not much more to say!

That's very cool Storm! Not sure I'll be able to give many pointers though since I'm no where near the normal person . My chronic headache makes me way different than the average lifter . But I'll try and help!

Meet Training... Week 2, Day 1

405x 1 ...vid, nothing great, form was ok but not that good. I felt really good though so I piled on the weight, maybe a bad idea, but whatever!

475x 0 Fail ...got it to my knee caps and died! My form was complete sh!t soon as I started, but oh well.
475x 0 Fail ...glued to the ground and instead of hurting myself, I didn't push it!

405x 2 PR ...vid, needed to do something to make me feel better. First rep looked horrible, but didn't feel as bad as it looks on the vid, the second one was a little better. I'm really happy that I hit 405 for a double, and more so after beating myself up on the 2 fails!

Done. Was planning on doing more work and other exercises, but pulls felt good so I just used more weight and worked really hard. Probably not very smart training going for a big PR, but I'm a dumb rookie, so I'll do that
