Update
Since I've got 8 weeks to train, I'm dumping any "unnecessary" work. I'm going to train 3 days a week, Dead day, Bench day, Squat day. I'll always work the main lifts and then maybe nothing else, it'll all be based on how I feel. I think I will improve my training for the meet with an extra rest day vs doing a shoulder day. So Military Press day is gone for now, so I'll do them if I feel like it on one of the big three days, same with Pull Ups and direct arm work. It's all about anything to focus on the big three and help them, and anything I feel like doing for fun or whatever.
So the really big news in this, is we will all have to suffer with only three babes a week! So I will post her because I feel sort or responsible for ruining your viewing pleasure.

Thanks Fen! Yea I've taken a few things, some seem to sort of help and I had one from the doc that was decent, but I was groggy all day. It was hard to take care of my kid and lift so I stopped. I'll figure something out or just live with it
