I was going to say, after you lower the bar, roll it until it's halfway over your foot, sink your shins to touch the bar, shrug your shoulders and stick your chest out, and stand up.

If you lift with the bar above your toes, it becomes a lower back lift, and your back will round.

FUCK!

couldnt get a ride to the gym today. my dad was working late as always, and mom had a dumb church member group thing. I didnt feel like walking the mile and a half, accross the highway to get there(done it in the past). Im going to go crazy not lifting until saturday. FUCK!

Don't worry about it too much man, it is just one workout, there will be plenty more. But make sure you hit it that much harder on saturday.
