the form isn't so hard on PC's, i mean your basically taking a weight from the floor and in one quick motion getting it to your shoulders, the main thing that sucks is when you miss the catch and the bar slams into your chest, even at 80ibs that bitch hurts

Not bad. Watch your arms on the first rep. Make sure they're locked tight so your hips don't jerk up. Also, shrug (tighten) your shoulders before lifting each rep...it will help you to stick your chest out and keep your back tight.

Wasn't horrible. Your lower back is a little rounded and it looks like the bar gets away from your body, both going up and coming down. Eventhough you're doing reps, I almost always pause at the bottom and let the bar comes to rest. That ensures propper motion on the way up.

It would be nice to see your stance from the front in order to gauge your foot width, hand placement, and elbow position.

One last thing is try to keep your head in a neutral position. As in, don't tip your head back to look up. I still struggle with this myself.

Here's one of my deadlift workouts. You'll see on my first attempt at 405 I, for no good reason at all, lock out my shoulders and end up falling back. Locking your shoulders at the top is not required.

Then, on the second one, my lower back rounds a bit too. Sometimes you gotta make a decision, house the fuckin weight or be a pussy. I chose house.
