Glad to see you are running a log, I will be checking it out often, lifts look good and I like the your training style, I ran a similar routine to this about a year ago before I started getting into more powerlifting. Good luck and keep pushing hard!!

cant wait to deadlift tomorrow! even with my shit form its my new favorite lift. Also i think i know how to fix my form
Glad to see that, deadlifting has also become my favorite lift in the last few months, not much makes me feel stronger than picking heavy weights up off the floor.

in my opinion it shows raw strength more than anything.

Powercleans are another one of my favorites but I have lost touch with them since I started doing powerlifting routines. I will definitely plan them better for my next routine. I think powercleans are one of the most explosive and athletic lifts you can do. Great point!

NOTES
Recently i have lost my appetite. today i realized its due to medicine i'm on for a sinus infection (over the sickness, but still have to finich bottle o' pills). This lack of eating is whats been making me dead this week at the gym. i've probably only been eating 3200 instead of 4000.
