Ya, today i didn't get bruises or scrapes, and its because im a pussy.

I have always had problems with shin splints and sensitive shins. today they were really acting up. Last time i wore pants and that helped, i was going to today, but i they were in the wash.

I know i got to work on form, on all lifts.

Form was really out the window today. I was pissed off, becuase i got in trouble, and i wasnt really thinking about what i was doing. Normally it is something i enjoy, but today i was just in a shitty mood pulling some heavy shit.

I need to get squats up. i deloaded (from issues and now they're way low. I got them monday at 215 (i think). I've been moving up in squats easy

I was thinking i'll add good mornings in when my big lifts start to stall.

Default Cardio

10 minutes rowing machine
10 minutes eliptical
1/3 mile jog (before my knees felt wierd)

wieghed in at 161. it doesnt make since. I was 162-163 last weekend. Also i ate shitty food this week and fell fatter. Also my lifts went up....

WTF's up???

I'll wiegh myslef tomorrow and hopefully find out it was just something wierd.

if not i'll eat even more.

The body is bizarre. When I cut, if I go for 4 weeks without a refeed, and then eat like crap for a day, I come out 2 days later weighing like 4 to 8 pounds lighter. I really don't know why.

WORKOUT stuff
Squat- 135x8, 185x6, 215x5, 215x5, 215x5 ATfuckingG bitches (for me, not fully as low as others, but well below parralell)
Bench- 135x8, 160x5, 160x5, 160x5 **
Row- 115x10, 145x5, 145x5, 145x5*

NOTES
** used a different bar today. It was thiner and more shiny lol. I think it is still 45lbs, i hope. Anyways it felt easy, after stalling at this wieght previous two weeks with old bar....
* A hot ass chick (always at the gym) was vibing me hard (lol, meant to sound douchey), while rowing. Before i assumed she was 18-20, but she was waiting outside for a ride, so maybe she is younger. Just saying


overall good workout

BTW, I have 2 bars...one has a slightly smaller handle but they weigh the same. Not sure why the handle difference. I use the thicker bar for squats though
