NOTES
* 300x1 went up easy. I just had to prove to myself that i could pull 300. thinking i could of got another rep easy and maybe 320x1???

**100x5 was easy. I'm going for 100x5x3 wed. I am moving my Press because i cant do it after bench, and i'll probably swap it with row to my other day(even though i did row today i wont next day).

VIDS the vids suck. i didnt have my laptop camera, so i had to use my phone. Are these locked out???

They look locked out to me. From the looks of the 300 pull, you have more strength in you. That was nearly a still leg deadlift. Your hips started really high.

Concentrate on placing your feet halfway under the bar. Then sink you shins until they touch the bar. Make sure your feet are halfway under from the side, and not just looking down. This will help you in sinking your hips enough.

And before you pull, stick your chest out and tighten your traps. Then lift.

Looking strong Kman. You have a 400 deadlift in you very soon.

thanks for the advice. Yeah and that 300 lbs went up very easy. My hams were sore and it fucked form up (although it always is fucked up).I want to hit 400 by end of bulk. (this is a hard ass goal.) at lest 375.

The lockout looked good to me, definitely listen to MAB here, you should be getting bruises and scrapes on your shins, but I don't see that ever happening to you.

You definitely have got a lot more weight in you, but I also love how you get jacked up before and after your lifts, remind me of myself after a big deadlift!! Keep up the great work.

You can hit 400 Kman. Keep squatting heavily. And never rule out the mass and strength building potential of the good morning. It's a good exercise to keep in the "queue" if you want something for strength.
