Thanks, i think volume is pretty much key within my training. I've done the standard "templates" one day a week and my lifts went no where. Ive had success with what I've done so far so I don't see myself lowering volume, I anything ill up it or add frequency

Thanks Jim, hoping ill be coming in fully healed and ready to go, hoping to put up atleast a 240kg squat which I think is do able in wraps. Not sure where my other numbers will be but some where in the 145 and 230 range would be expected

Thanks, guys. Next week should be interesting my gear arrived so might work in it on Thursday, as well I've got some nice sinus congestion with occasional nose bleeds so hopeing it's just a popped blood vessel and not a cold

That's what I've been doing. The only days I've missed of training, were stomach flu and being in the hospital waiting for the doctor to tell me I'd blown my knee out
