I'm built to squat and bench short arm long torso with tree trunk thighs. My training partners and I are known as the guys who squat, considering I have the smallest legs with 30" at the base of vastus lateralis. I was lucky since i was brought into the sport though squatting for rehab and not being a gym ratz

A good way to end the hardest part of the week. My spinal erectors were fried going in moved slower that I would have liked. And we got in trouble for dropping weights then we got a lecture on respect.

Great 2nd meet vid! (the 1st one doesn't work)

Yep, I train with the Independent guys every Saturday & Sunday at the athletic complex behind and just a block North of The Home Depot. Perhaps you can join us sometime to try them out. Mike Armstrong with the CPU also trains there and I usually see him on Sundays

I also live in the NE in Taradale (Next to Coral Springs) At any rate, it would bee cool to meet you!

I have to try an make it out but I know the independent guys train in the morning at 10ish, but considering I normally work weekends and at work by 9am or pull the all nighter, I'd be scarce there just because of work

Thanks, I prefer to train my squat at 75-85% multiple times per week then have a couple technique days.

It's my problem with the fitness industry, people that look like they've never stepped into a gym giving advice on something that they have never experience
