Thanks OR I just need to stick to my guns in the gym and not give in to pushing too hard/heavy.

When I think of ego lifts that would equate to either bad form or a missed lift neither apply to my lifts. This did make me reassess training percentages believe its smarter to leave some in the tank on all training sets.

Squats percentage based, BP
230-10,10,10

Sumo Squats 4" AP= above Parallel this is a pull assistance exercise. As the percentage goes up the reps will decrease.
335-10
385-10

Leg Curls 150
15,15,12

Simple but very effective. Legs are smoked.

Nice squat session. I agree with leaving something in the tank. Grinding lifts week after week tends to slow down the progress. Keep Smashing.
