lol Apparently so.

Think I figured out the reason my hip and knees are bothering me. Hips are too tight and my left ankle (one i broke way back in the day) has about half the range of motion the rt one does. Already have a stretching regiment in place however have found a couple underlying concerns. Think I pulled my rt glute somewhere alone the way, rt knee is tweaked this was the last workout. Shoulders are trashed even after all this down time still painful, time to take up a new hobby, maybe a water sport.
Going to take a while to fix the hips and the ankle flexion problem, shoulders who knows.

Now watch I'll go do some box pulls w/700 today lol.
Probably be smart to switch to bb while the other things get addressed then switch back to PL.
Boy did 12reps with 85 in the squat yesterday, weighed 114 after training, continued progress. I moved his stance out wider found this led to much better consistency on hitting depth but found a weakness. Going to leave his max the same for squats,pressing and move up his DL for the next run.
Don't really have much to post for training its just recovery work and working in whatever I can training around all these problems. Need to fix the hip flexibility to pull 6+ sumo. I'll play with the box pulls today see what happens. Maybe get the suit out take a couple videos.

Well not great news OMP, but seems you've figured some issues out and will correct them quickly! Heal up, no 700lb box squats, and keep that boy on the PR train!!!

Yea it goes with the territory Thanks for the support though Hunter.
I did pull heavy not 700 though, took a couple vids will post them later.

Glute hurts but I'm happy to move some weight.

Thanks Ravi I eat lots of animals from small to large
245 BOR's that's my bread n butter weight, can really feel it in my whole back, great pump sets.

Never got the suit out but this gave me something to think about.
If I continue to work progressively lower using mats & boxes I can see pulling 6 or right near it raw sumo style. Not sure what the potential is geared, only one way to find out. Need to keep the reps to a minimum and work my way down. Will use single ply briefs doing a couple final sets with the gear on so my body knows what to expect.
