Last set sucked but necessary, still a bit shaky. First time I have tried pulling like Eddy wow did the bar explode off the floor. I can get my hips into it more I think bc my knee's track much better in this stance. Can't wait to pull heavy next cycle this way.

Yeah, a blend of two styles, Sumo and Conventional. Its basically a wide Conventional stance hands on the outside of the legs.
I'll take a front video of it next time there's some weight on the bar, that will be the true test. I haven't seen anyone pull this way(makes me second guess its true capacity) but its the most comfortable my knee's have felt. This allowed me to generating a lot more explosive force off the floor.

Not everyday is going to be a pr day.
As soon I realized things were off adjusted my max attempts & changed up the day focused on hypertrophy & form. Started Carb backload diet so energy was off(downed a can a dew when i realized energy levels low).
Have a pinched nerve in hand or forearm not sure where its originating from, grip was weak.
Good notes: I held my elbow in on all sets of CGB today.
Can fat swell up, Major pump today.
