Thanks BtB; Estimating the 510 was 87-90 percent, needed to mix in a little higher percentage this time.

Thank Rob; I really miss being able to push heavier but can only train in relation to my recovery capacity and in the summer my job is taxing enough.

Thanks Hunter; You'll get everything figured out and be repping 405 like its warmup weight in no time.

Thanks OR; Plan on working up to 535 in the next cycle, about 6 weeks.

Thanks JD; Form is getting almost second nature now, just a matter of time and proper percentage selection to pulling some bigger numbers/

Think I need to get back into gear and keep the raw training to lower percentages with 3 working sets moderate rep range. While this was a good session all the raw work takes it toll on my shoulders.
This is the main reason I had to abandon JB's program (injuries). I could see Big producing good gains as the program had all the right ingredients for success.

I continue to search for the right mixture of raw & geared training. Looking for sustained gains not this two steps forward three steps back that continues to plague my training.

Wendler is one program I always seem to gravitate towards when injuries mount or worsen.
Shoulder made some noise today but no pain. Like to keep it that way believe a conservative gear'd training program will achieve that goal.
Not sure how far I want to deviate from Wendler's basic template as I tend to go overboard when programming if left up to me.

Templates are great, but everything from your injuries to your limb length, etc. make tweaking a template mandatory...at least you have the experience to tweak intelligently!

keep a-smashin'!

Go with your gut, not the devil in your left ear!

You'll figure it out. I like the move toward consistency.

Nice benching. I've never really figured out benching with bands. Every time I've played with it, it messes up my bar path or just doesn't feel right.

Thanks Guys
I finished writing a 5 week cycle for Deads & Squats still need to create the Bench. Hear what you guys are saying, today makes me second guess following my own program.
Week 3
Squat all reps about 3-4" below Parallel.
wk sets
205-3
235-5
270-11
Singles
300,330,360

Leg Ext
200-12
230-12
260-8
280-12

Going to ride bike later.

Finally seeing some strength return since I have made the change to squatting quite a bit deeper.
Setting a goal to hit 405 to this depth by the end of the next cycle.
