Thanks OR I had to dig a little deeper than I should of for the final set. Felt it the next day in the top of my shoulder. Overall the delts continue to improve in spite of mua.

I just love lifting heavy its an adrenaline rush.
Body has taken a lot of abuse from such a risky lifting style, believe I'm on a better path finally thanks to MaB members & injuriies.

Surprised it actually made my legs a bit sore on the squats. 1 set for the bi's pain training haha
