I admire your discipline and envy your strength. That bad shoulder and butt may take a lot less time than you think now that you are not hammering them into oblivion.

Rock on OMP.

That's what I'm noticing. Kept restraining it last several weeks but now it just hurts on leg curls or sprints some squats to a much lesser degree.

Normally that weight feels light but being away from heavier loads is definitely taking its toll.

Rock on OMP.
I hope your right Mike.
Yeah, don't always do what should be done especially when it calls for less effort. Mike your just getting started and have made some awesome progress very quickly. Have been doing this since I was young and can't seem to understand that the body can only move heavy stuff so long naturally.

That's the plan, joints are already thanking me. Work is definitely challenging me to find a better balanced diet to aid recovery.

wk 1
Shoulder/Chest
Military seated,front
55-5
70-5
85-5
90-5
105-5
115-10

DB Flat
60's
5s-10-12r

Lat Pulls
5s-10-12r

Lying Tri Ext
2s-20+r

Hammer Curls
60's -15r

Have a shoulder injury that hasn't been fixed. Overall pleased with the session. Shoulder made some bad clunking sounds but very minor pain. Believe that removing a couple lighter sets reducing total number of reps will prove beneficial. Not focused on weight just being able to work the muscles at this angle is the goal here.

4 days wk won't work so switching to 3 days a wk, Wendler.

My Son was standing behind me and his face said it all, grimacing at the sounds the shoulder was making. Use to be able to do sets of 10r w/225 btn presses, those were the days
